Q:  HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN ORDERED UNIT?

A: Production lead time will vary however on average you would typically be looking at 8 weeks to get a unit built and about a week more to allow for service, closing and delivery. Production times do change often throughout the year so the best thing to do is contact us when you are ready to place your order and we can verify the most current production time estimate. 

Q:  CAN I GET SPECIAL REQUESTS OR CHANGES BUILT IN AT THE FACTORY?

A: The manufacturer will have a predetermined group of options and colors to choose from which will usually vary by series and model and even though all of the units we sell are built to order, custom requests (anything not already offered by the manufacturer) are not a possibility.
